Introduction of case studies using polyethylene U-shaped ditches: Temporary water channels for disaster recovery.
"Active in recovery work for heavy rain disaster" Adopted as an emergency and temporary waterway at sites requiring restoration to original condition! Contributes to smooth on-site work due to being lighter compared to regular U-shaped gutters.
We would like to introduce a case where our "polyethylene U-shaped drainage channel" was adopted at a disaster recovery site. During the emergency restoration work following the heavy rain disaster in Hiroshima Prefecture, our product was introduced as a "temporary waterway." (See product photo) Weighing approximately 4 to 13 kg, it can be transported and installed manually, allowing for smooth on-site operations. Additionally, due to its lightweight nature, it can be transported in large quantities by truck, contributing to rapid on-site responses with short delivery times. *With a standard length of 1 meter, it is easy to handle on-site and can be removed easily. It is well-suited for construction in narrow areas where heavy machinery is difficult to bring in, steep slopes, and sites requiring restoration after disaster recovery work. 【Features】 - Lightweight and easy to handle, allowing for quick installation and removal. - High strength secured by L-shaped horizontal angles and special T-shaped crossing angles. - Easy position and length adjustments on-site. - Auxiliary angles to prevent lifting through bolt fixation. - Flexible construction that adapts to the terrain's unevenness. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
